Each observation reflection should include the following:
A brief descriiption of the lesson / context
What went well, what would you change and why?
What supports would you include for ELLs and why?
How was small group work used or not used? Was it effective?
Did the teacher use an effective formative assessment?

Essentially you are writing a critical analysis of the student you have been observing using a critical TESOL lens from the perspective of a TESOL specialist. reference materials , this should be a wholistic analysis with consideration placed in the following areas.

Student’s L1 and how their L1 relates to English language
Student’s socio-economic background and how it impacts the student’s ability to acquire language
Student’s social emotional needs and how they may impact their language acquisition
Student’s family relationship, what language they speak at home and how it may impact their language acquisition / use
Student’s academic background, how are they doing academically in other classes?
Student’s literacy skills in English language
Student’s social relationship with other students
